Okay, I’ve been really lax at updating my blog. My life has been incredibly busy and complicated over the last six months and this site has suffered for it. However if anyone wants to see what I’m up to you can still check out my Flickr site to see pics, my Facebook site to see updates and my Last.fm site to see what I’m listening to. Oh and I may have started a Twitter account too.
Okay, I admit, Bridger.us has been really quiet for some time. Here’s the deal, I have a lot of life-changing things happening right now. And to add to that, my automatic renewal of the domain wasn’t so automatic. However I’m happy to say the site is back and should be a little more lively in the days to come.
I know that the SVC doesn’t quite match the normal reader of this site, but here it is… Upumpitup.com. It’s not the most profound name, but I think women will like it quite a bit. I was the senior Art Director on the project and created the overall look at feel of the site from concept through execution. For me this project was especially fun in that it combined two things that I hadn’t had the opportunity to work with before, celebrities and video integration. But enough talk… I’ll let Mandy explain it:
And yes, this is like my fourth women focused site in the past year. It may not be quite as… uh… interesting as Ambrielle but a lot more time and effort went into it.
Friday I leave for Munich and start a whirlwind tour of Germany and then the Netherlands. Highlights will be driving the Nurburgring, driving the Autobahn, crossing a healthy portion of the continent in a seven hour time-span and, finally Amsterdam and MINI United. Of course there will be all sorts of fantastic things in between and plenty of even (gasp) non-auto related sights to see. Look for daily pics on my Flickr page starting Sunday.
My eye-sight is now officially better than it has ever been in my entire life. For those who have high prescriptions (mine was close to -7) I can’t recommend Lasik surgery enough.
