Which Car Gets the Shaft?

So I’m getting a MINI Cooper JCW GP for a week from MINI USA. We had talked about a week long test for MotoringFile way back last summer but up until a few days ago I had decided against doing iit simply because I didn’t have the time. However with some re-arrnaging of the schedule I found some time and will be taking possession December 1st.

All well and good you might say but here’s the dilemma: which car gets parked on the street? I’ve got a wonderful (any garage in Chicago is wonderful) two car garage where my own Cooper S and 3 series live. Beyond that I really don’t have much of a choice other than parking on the street in front of Lake Michigan. So do I put one of my own cars (both of which I love dearly) on the street for a week or do I relegate the fastest MINI ever to lowly street parking?

Yeah it blows my mind too. But even cooler, it’s looking more and more likely that the design direction will be picked up for use in print and on TV as well.
